Job Summary As a remote Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact between Media Components and our clients, overseeing client projects from conception to completion. You’ll collaborate with our creative, digital, and strategy teams to deliver results-oriented campaigns that strengthen client relationships and drive growth. Strong communication skills will be essential, as you will represent our agency in client interactions through calls and emails.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Management: Serve as the main contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships.
- Project Oversight: Manage client projects by coordinating with internal teams to meet timelines and quality standards.
- Strategy Development: Collaborate with clients to understand their marketing needs and translate them into effective strategies that align with their goals.
- Performance Monitoring: Analyze campaign performance and report results, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize effectiveness.
- New Business Development: Identify growth opportunities with existing clients and upsell relevant services that add value to their business.
- Reporting: Provide clients with regular updates and detailed reports on campaign progress, performance, and any adjustments made to improve results.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2+ years in an account management or similar client-facing role in a marketing or advertising agency.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
Skills:
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with clients on calls and via email
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making
- Familiarity with digital marketing channels (e.g., SEO, social media, email marketing)
- Proficiency in project management tools and CRM software
