Now, we’re looking for a passionate professional to join our team and help us build strong, lasting relationships with our customers. We believe in trust, quality, and a customer-first approach, and we’re looking for someone who shares those values.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Your role will be all about building trust and driving customer satisfaction for our Level 2 EV chargers. As the main point of contact for our valued customers, you will ensure their experience with EVIQO is exceptional.
Here’s an overview of your daily responsibilities:
- Develop a long-term and mutually beneficial relationships with current and new customers that leads to increasing brand trust, goodwill, and positive feedback across various platforms.
- Offer comprehensive omnichannel support for customers purchasing EVIQO Level 2 EV chargers (via phone, email, chat, and social media).
- Assist customers in resolving any issues related to charger operation, conducting thorough needs analysis based on communication outcomes and research findings.
- Gather customer insights and transform feedback into actionable improvements for our products and customer experience.
- Provide strategic recommendations for enhancing creative elements such as images, text, etc., to optimize EVIQO offers and enhance customer engagement.
Who We’re Looking For:
We are looking for someone who is passionate about their work, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is prepared to take the initiative in ensuring our customers feel valued members of the EVIQO family. You’ll be great at this job if you’re:
- Experienced in customer success (2+ years)—you know how to keep customers happy and coming back. Background in electronics, electrical systems, or automotive work is an advantage.
- A great communicator—whether it’s by phone, email, or social media, you connect with people easily. You should be confident in live phone conversations and chat with American customers, including understanding various accents.
- Problem-solving oriented—you enjoy turning challenges into opportunities for improvement. You’re resourceful, willing to research forums or watch YouTube videos about cars to find creative solutions for customer issues. Strong research abilities are essential.
- Detail-oriented—you know how to juggle priorities and make sure no stone is left unturned.
- Self-motivated—you're proactive and can work effectively without the need for constant supervision.
- Fluent in English (Advanced level)—we're a global team, so this is a must!
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary with room for rapid growth (you'll be reviewed every 6 months!)
- Flexible work schedule with a focus on results (most media cooperation outreaches are conducted during PST business hours, typically aligning with 3−4 PM to 1−2 AM Kyiv time (GMT+2)).
- Opportunity to oversee the entire marketing strategy for the specified region and become Chief Communication Officer at EVIQO.
- Pleasant bonuses (budget for education and sports, cover expenses for individual English classes, vacation 20 working days)
