Part-time job.
3−4 working hours per day.
Responsibilities:
- conducting telephone сustomer surveys on behalf of world known companies

- Computer plugged into Surge Protector
- Soft touch keyboard. No mechanical keyboards.

An up to date virus protection program with a regular scanning schedule and a firewall set up.
We require a headset with a USB port to plug into your computer, it must be a USB headset. Headsets with a phone jack that need a USB converter to plug into your computer are not compatible with the softphone application.
Internet connection speeds
A minimum upload speed of 1.5 Mbps, minimum download speed of 3 Mbps.
