Position Overview:
As an Account Representative, you will play a critical role in our operations by quoting freight for shippers and sourcing reliable carrier options. This is a high-impact position, focused on providing exceptional service and building strong relationships with our clients and carrier partners.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in freight brokerage, logistics, or transportation is REQUIRED.
- Strong understanding of temperature-sensitive and perishable freight requirements.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in TMS software, DAT, Truck Stop
- Existing Relationships with Refrigerated Carriers
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
