We are growing rapidly and are looking for a talented Account Representative to join our team.
Position Overview:We are looking for independent Freight Agents with a proven track record and their own book of business. You will be an integral part of the Loadflex team, benefiting from our extensive carrier network, technology platform, and specialized expertise in temperature-sensitive freight. This is a salary + commission-based role with unlimited earning potential.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow your own book of business by providing top-tier service to your existing clients.
- Quote and secure freight shipments
- Utilize Loadflex’s network and technology to source reliable carrier options and competitive rates.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and carriers, ensuring repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Handle end-to-end shipment management, from quoting to delivery, with a focus on service quality.
- Collaborate with the Loadflex support team for operational assistance and issue resolution.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Freight Agent or in a similar sales role within the freight industry.
- An active book of business with established client relationships.
- Excellent negotiation, sales, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
- Familiarity with transportation management systems (TMS) and CRM software.
