Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in social media management and digital advertising
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful social media strategies and ad campaigns
- Expert knowledge of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube) and their advertising capabilities
- Strong understanding of social media metrics, analytics, and ROI measurement
- Excellent copywriting and content creation skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style for different platforms and audiences
- Proficiency in social media management tools and ad management platforms
- Experience with graphic design and video editing software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage our comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts, and drive sales
- Create and curate engaging content (text, images, videos) for multiple social media platforms, tailoring content to each platform’s strengths
- Manage and oversee day-to-day activities on all social media channels, including scheduling posts, responding to comments, and monitoring trends
- Collaborate with Business Development Manager and Videographer to brainstorm and develop creative ideas and to ensure consistent brand messaging and support overall business goals
- Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns to reach target audiences and achieve marketing objectives
- Monitor, track, and analyze performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other social media analytics platforms
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms
- Identify and engage with industry influencers and potential brand ambassadors
- Manage social media budget and optimize ad spend for maximum ROI
- Provide regular reports on social media performance and campaign results to senior management
- Work 08:00 am — 5:00 pm CST (Chicago CST schedule)
