We are looking for a billing manager to join our team.
Who We Are Looking For:
The ideal candidate will have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration/Commerce, or a related field. A Master’s degree or an accounting designation is preferred.
- Experience in finance/accounting in a rapid-growth environment.
- Past work experience in technology or SaaS companies, highly advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen ability to identify financial improvement opportunities.
- Excellent communication skills, demonstrating an ability to work collaboratively and drive positive change within the finance department and the organization.
- Advanced user of Excel (formulas, pivot tables), Google Sheets.
- English level — upper-intermediate.

What You Will Do:
As a Finance Manager, you will play a crucial role in our financial operations, aiding in our mission to innovate within the print industry. Your responsibilities will include:
- Creation and summary of invoices for clients on a monthly/weekly basis.
- Verification and creation of invoices for suppliers on a monthly basis.
- Requests from internal teams, investigating discrepancies and application of appropriate actions.
- Cross-checking supplier invoices, communicating with stakeholders via email.
- Coordination of payment processes for supply invoices with relevant stakeholders.
- Posting client payments to the payment account ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Oversight of invoice checks for new clients and suppliers to ensure financial accuracy and transparency.

Working conditions: Full-time work, from 9:00 to 18:00 or from 10:00 to 19:00, Wednesday — remote work day.
