ОПИС ВАКАНСІЇ
Retail Services Group is looking for people that can provide remote computer troubleshooting support. We are Global oriented IT Services and IT Consulting company.
The successful candidate will work with a well-established global team becoming proficient supporting complex client environments. The position will report to the Manager of Support Services and work interdependently with the team.
Mandatory requirements:
- Strong oral and written communication in Polish and English (fluent)
- Basic IT skills (Network, Hardware, Software)
- Strong on-site and remote troubleshooting skills
- Must be Professional, Reliable & Responsible
It would be a plus:
- Informational technologies education
- Prior Helpdesk experience
- Second foreign language is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Providing Remote computer troubleshooting support
- Managing spare parts in depot locations, to make sure we do not run out of equipment
- Following up on parts shipments to store locations, coordinate computer techs after shipments received.
- Follow up on customer service requests to make sure we provide quick and reliable service
- Reviewing existing service calls, and provide billing information for accounting to invoice client.
We offer:
- 40-hour work week.
- Paid 2-week vacation period
- Bi-week payout
- Salary start: $1000 USD/month.
- Dynamic schedule: Mon-Fri Shift #1: 09:00 a.m. — 5 p.m.; Shift #2: 04:00 p.m. — 12 a.m. CET (Central Europe Time)
- Shift changes every 2 days i.e. Mon,Wed,Fri — Shift #1 Tue,Thu — # Shift #2
Work conditions: Work from home, you would require a good internet connection and quite location to work from. We would provide you with a computer system, and Polycom Voip phone system.
