Location: 10 N High St, Columbus, OH
Phoenix Freight LLC is seeking a highly experienced Flatbed Step-Deck Dispatcher to join our dedicated team. As a leader in efficient freight solutions, we require someone with extensive expertise and the ability to start immediately.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and dispatch flatbed/step-deck shipments.
- Communicate effectively with drivers, brokers, and customers to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.
- COLD CALL SHIPPERS/CUSTOMERS
- Manage schedules and swiftly resolve operational challenges.
- Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and company standards.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in flatbed and step-deck dispatching is required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in English is essential, as all communication and documentation will be conducted in English.
- Immediate availability to start is mandatory.
- Ability to find your own brokers and lanes
- Ability to call shippers and create contracts on your own with the company’s owner’s help.
- Must be able to handle more than 4 trucks
- Must be available more than 14 hours a day
- You need at least 3 Screens to work with; if not, we will help you acquire them.
