Role Overview: We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Director to lead our sales strategy and manage client relationships. If you have extensive sales management experience, a knack for identifying client needs, and a strong ability to lead a team to success, this role is an exciting opportunity for you.
What You’re Going to Work With: Clients, Communications, Databases, Documents, Needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize Communications: Ensure clear and efficient communication with clients and team members.
- Manage Databases: Maintain and update accurate client and prospect databases, ensuring easy access to vital information.
- Identify Needs: Dive deep into understanding client requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Prepare Documents: Review contracts, proposals, and reports, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
- Engage Clients: Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.

Toolset You’ll Use: Asana, ChatGPT, CRM, Gmail, Google Sheets, LinkedIn, Sales QL, Trello, Zoom
Additional Information:
- Languages: Proficiency in English at B2+ level is essential.
- Management Experience: Proven ability to lead and inspire teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Problem-Solving Skills: A strong ability to get to the heart of client challenges and provide actionable solutions, going beyond surface-level data processing.
- Team Building: Skilled in creating cohesive, motivated teams, promoting a positive and results-driven culture.
- Recruitment Experience: Previous experience in recruitment or understanding of the online talent market is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Online Professions: Familiarity with digital marketing, IT, and other online professions that are key to our service offering.
