We are seeking a Collection Manager responsible for maintaining and developing strong relationships with local managers in Romania, Czech Republic, Mexico, and Spain. The role involves overseeing the performance of external collection agencies, ensuring compliance with current debt collection laws and regulations, and recommending process improvements.
Additionally, a key part of this role includes managing partnership agreements in new markets (and revising agreements in existing markets if needed) and creating requests to ensure timely signing by shareholders.
Main Responsibilities:
- Maintain strong relationships with local managers (Romania, Czech Republic, Mexico, Spain);
- Keeping abreast of relevant laws and regulations related to debt collection (especially enforcement proceedings) and communicating updates and changes;
- Analyzing the work of the External Collection Agency, providing recommendations to partners for improvement;
- Develop and approve all agreements and additional contracts (resolutions, powers of attorney, other documents) for External Collection Agency and Enforcement;
- Tracking descriptions of Collection process changes within the company;
- Ordering and controlling the timely signing of documents by the company’s management;
- Control of the integration process with new partners

Expected Results:
- Enforcement proceedings are fully operational according to the already organized process (ordering documents and meeting deadlines);
- Mechanisms are in place to review and update process descriptions, ensuring that they are up-to-date in line with changes in the business;
- Identified points where delays, duplication of efforts or other factors that reduce the efficiency of debt collection are possible;
- Improving work efficiency for the External Collection Agency;
- Ensure signing of contracts with external collection companies in new countries (old ones, if necessary). Control the process of integration with them.

Professional Qualifications:
- At least 5+ years of practical experience in the field of debt collection, including 2+ years in a managerial position in a collection agency (collection agency is a must);
- Ability to solve problem situations and find the right solutions;
- Proven track record of successfully implementing debt collection strategies and achieving debt collection goals;
- Experience in attracting, supporting the creation and signing of contracts with partners;
- English at B1 level and above is required.
