As we expand our presence in North America and Europe, we’re looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to bring cutting-edge visuals to life and craft digital experiences that captivate users.
What You’ll Be Doing:
In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our product team to create visually compelling and conversion-focused designs. Your core tasks will include:
- Designing promotional landing pages for our EV chargers, campaigns, and brand initiatives.
- Enhancing UI/UX solutions, focusing on seamless user journeys, especially in e-commerce funnels.
- Creating wireframes and prototypes to visualize layouts, interactions, and flows.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including developers, and marketers.
- Iterating based on feedback to ensure top-tier design quality that meets user needs and business goals.

What We’re Looking For:
We want someone with a keen eye for design and a passion for innovation. To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- 2+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer with a focus on web and e-commerce projects.
- A strong portfolio showcasing modern, visually appealing designs and user-centered solutions.
- Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop/Illustrator, and tools for animations (AfterEffects, Figma Animation, or Jitter).
- A solid grasp of typography, color theory, and minimalist design principles.
- The ability to align designs with technical implementation by collaborating with developers.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to articulate design decisions and incorporate feedback.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Bonus Points:
- Experience in e-commerce funnel optimization and designing for conversion.
- Familiarity with Webflow and creating 2D/3D animations.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and creating inclusive designs.
