Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced, creative, and data-driven Media Buyer with a strong focus on social media advertising, particularly Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram). Experience with Google Ads is a plus but not mandatory. The ideal candidate should be proficient in creating compelling ad content using Canva or similar tools, managing ad performance, and using analytics tools to guide campaign optimization. Familiarity with Facebook Pixel and Facebook API Conversion setup is essential for this role. This is a full-time position for someone with a proven track record in social media advertising and who thrives in a results-driven environment.
Position Details:
Start Pay: $5/hour, with performance-based reviews after a 90-day probation period.
Hours: Flexible, not limited to U.S. working hours.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram), ensuring alignment with brand goals and target audience needs.
- Design and produce ad creatives (images and videos) using tools like Canva or other third-party software.
- Implement and manage Facebook Pixel and Facebook API Conversions for accurate tracking and attribution.
- Monitor daily ad performance, adjust bids and strategies in real-time to optimize key performance metrics such as CTR, CPA, and ROAS.
- Utilize tools like Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and Microsoft Clarity to track and analyze user behavior and campaign performance.
- Conduct thorough market research and stay updated on trends to identify and engage target audiences effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align ad content with overall marketing strategies.
- A/B test different ad creatives, formats, and messaging to optimize campaign performance.
- Provide detailed performance reports, analyze outcomes, and recommend actionable improvements.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 2+ years working as a media buyer with a strong focus on social media platforms, particularly Facebook and Instagram.
- Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Facebook Pixel setup, Facebook API Conversion integration, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and Microsoft Clarity for campaign tracking and optimization.
- Creativity and Content Creation: Proven ability to create high-quality ad visuals and videos using tools like Canva or similar platforms.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions for campaign optimization.
- Portfolio: Must be willing to submit samples of previous ads, both images and videos.
- Experience Working Remotely: Demonstrated experience in effectively managing tasks and communication in a virtual environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Google Ads and familiarity with its best practices.
- Knowledge of additional social media platforms or paid advertising strategies.
- Familiarity with AI tools for audience targeting and ad optimization.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel or other spreadsheet tools for data tracking.
