LIGA ZAKON — IT product company — Ukrainian developer of information-analytical products with 30 years of expertise and extensive competence in big data processing and high standards of client service.
Today, the product solutions of the LIGA360 IT platform are used by more than 160 thousand users at various levels. Moreover, with partner projects, which have integrations with LIGA ZAKON products, this number is about 360 thousand different specialists, including representatives of almost all the executive and judicial authorities.
The main strategic direction of the company is to enter the international market and create product values of the LIGA 360 platform for customers from different countries.
Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Product Experience manager to join our team, focusing on expanding our presence and clientele within the UK and International markets. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering presentations and demos in English to potential clients, primarily in the legal sector.
Key Responsibilities: Business Communication Support:
- Facilitate and support business communications across teams and with external stakeholders.
- Assist in translating internal documentation into English to ensure clarity and alignment for global operations.

Client Presentations and Demonstrations:
- Deliver engaging presentations and product demonstrations in English to potential clients across the UK and other global markets.
- Participate in presentations for Ukrainian clients, showcasing the value and functionality of the Ukrainian product offering.
- Organize and lead product training sessions for internal teams, partners, andcustomers to ensure a clear understanding of the product’s value and functionality.
- Create and refine demonstration materials, such as scripts, presentations, and supporting documents.

Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, deeply understanding their needs and challenges.
- Offer tailored solutions to align with client objectives and enhance their experience with the product.

User Research and Feedback:
- Conduct interviews, surveys, and feedback sessions to understand customer needs and pain points.
- Collaborate with product development teams to relay user insights and prioritize product improvements.
- Continuously monitor user experience and satisfaction, addressing challenges as they arise.

Market and Industry Insights:
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to proactively identify client problems.
- Leverage market insights to showcase how the product addresses specific client needs effectively.

Product Advocacy:
- Be the ambassador of the product, passionately communicating its value proposition to diverse audiences.
- Represent the company and product at conferences, trade shows, and other industry events.
- Build strong relationships with customers to promote trust and product loyalty.

Cross-Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with the product, marketing, and sales teams to align strategies and ensure consistent communication of the product’s value proposition.

Documentation and Reporting:
- Prepare detailed feedback and reports from client interactions to support ongoing product development and improvement efforts.

Requirements:
- Excellent proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- Higher education (linguistics/philology/ international relations/law etc).
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Proactive approach with a keen sense of initiative and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Familiarity with the legal environment and routines, particularly within the UK, is advantageous.
