We are looking for an experienced Contract Lawyer to boost our team.
Your Responsibilities:
- Draft and negotiate corporate contracts and agreements (e.g., NDAs, service agreements, DPAs).
- Provide expert legal counsel on cross-border agreements, data protection, and regulatory compliance.
- Support clients in corporate governance, restructuring, M&A, and partnership decisions.
- Draft and review documents specific to tech sectors, including SAFT agreements, Token Sale Terms, and Whitepapers.
- Collaborate with international partners and support innovative projects in blockchain and fintech.

Our Ideal Candidate:
- Experience: 1−5 years of legal experience in working with contracts and other legal documents (Terms of Service, Privacy Policies, Distribution Agreements, SLA Agreements, etc.).
- Fluency in English
- Professional approach and eagerness to learn new things
- Good time management skills and ability to provide results on time
