Key Responsibilities

Interpret creative briefs to produce visually compelling designs for:Social media platforms, digital campaigns, print materials, emails, and learning resources.

Work confidently across both digital and print mediums, including:Interactive tools, event collateral, social-first advertising, and brand partnerships.
- Create Figma templates to empower colleagues and clients to design simple assets themselves, providing guidance and feedback as needed.
- Manage design projects from concept to completion, ensuring quality and timeliness.
- Work closely with the lead designer and marketing team to integrate insights into visual assets.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and present creative ideas effectively.
- Incorporate marketing data and feedback into project iterations.
- Engage with senior team members to refine work based on input and align with project goals.

General Responsibilities
- Undertake additional design or administrative tasks as directed by management.
- Adhere to company practices, policies, and standards in all work processes.

Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: At least 2+ years of hands-on experience in graphic design.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
- Familiarity with PowerPoint; After Effects experience is a plus.
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, editorial design, and art direction.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to present ideas clearly.
- Positive, proactive, and comfortable working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities and adapt to changing project needs.

Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with ChatGPT or other AI tools for generating creative ideas.
- Industry-specific expertise or a standout portfolio featuring graphic design or production work.
- Formal education or certifications in design.
