Our Mission:
UA Mental Help is an organization dedicated to improving the mental health of Ukrainians. We aim to help people understand themselves, live in harmony with their mind and body, and seek professional psychological support without fear. We develop a network of partners, create high-quality psychoeducational content, and provide free psychological counseling for vulnerable groups.

Role Description
This is a full-time remote position for the Head of Program. In this role, you will:
- Oversee and manage all organizational projects, ensuring efficiency, quality, and timeliness.
- Develop and implement program strategies with a long-term vision for mental health initiatives.
- Monitor project execution to ensure adherence to deadlines, budgets, and expected outcomes.
- Foster collaboration within teams, including project managers, analysts, and external partners.
- Identify and mitigate risks across all stages of the project lifecycle.
- Analyze program results and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Mentor and develop project managers, cultivating a productive and growth-oriented work environment.
- Build and maintain external partnerships with donors, clients, and key stakeholders.
- You will lead initiatives that align with our humanitarian mission and ensure a lasting impact on mental health care in Ukraine.

Key Experience for Success
- Program Management Expertise: Proven track record in managing large-scale projects, preferably in mental health, social assistance, or charitable sectors.
- Strategic Leadership: Ability to define long-term program strategies and implement them effectively.
- Risk Management: Skilled in identifying, analyzing, and resolving project risks.
- Team Development: Experience in mentoring and building high-performing teams.
- Monitoring & Evaluation: Strong capabilities in assessing program effectiveness and developing actionable improvements.

What We’re Looking For:
- Education: Master’s degree in Management, Social Sciences, Psychology, or a related field.
- Experience: 10+ years of professional experience, including 1+ year in the charitable sector.
- Project Management Tools: Proficiency in modern tools (e.g., Asana).
- Language Skills: Advanced Ukrainian (native or fluent) and Upper-Intermediate to Advanced English (B2±C1).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional organizational, communication, and decision-making abilities.
- Agility: Thrives in a dynamic environment and can make quick, informed decisions.
