We’re looking for a motivated technical support specialist who will support technicians, optimize operations, and maintain technical documentation.

We’re looking for a proactive and highly organized professional who thrives in a structured and dynamic environment. Here’s what we expect:
- Technical Background: Technical education or equivalent hands-on experience in a related field.
- Professional Experience: 1−3 years in technical support or a similar role.
- Communication Skills: Confident written and spoken English (B2 level or higher).
- Organizational Strength: Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail to stay on top of multiple tasks and priorities.
- Digital Proficiency: Comfortable working with Microsoft Office, PDF tools, Google Workspace, and CRM systems.
- AI Fluency: Able to effectively navigate and utilize AI tools as part of daily tasks.
- Initiative: Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to work independently.
- Flexibility: Available to work from 4 AM — 2 PM Calgary time (Monday to Friday).
What You’ll Be Doing
- Provide technical support to field technicians: Act as the main point of contact via phone, email, or online platforms and assist in diagnosing issues.
- Train and support team members: Onboard new employees in the CRM system and offer ongoing support to ensure understanding of key tasks.
- Maintain and review technician CRM usage: Regularly check technician understanding and execution of CRM-related processes and job tasks.
- Optimize daily technician schedules: Perform route planning to maximize field efficiency and monitor daily job assignments for accuracy.
- Assist with parts identification and urgent requests: Support the Parts Manager in handling time-sensitive part inquiries and customer needs.
- Manage documentation and training content: Update technical documentation and FAQs and help develop educational and training materials.
