? We are seeking a talented and driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing remote team.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Shopify Store Management:
- Ensure accurate setup of tracking pixels on the website.
- Monitor and update Google Shopping feeds to maintain accurate product information.

2. Social Media Management & Promotion:
Instagram & TikTok:
- Develop and execute content plans for posts, Stories, Reels, and viral trends.
- Launch and manage ad campaigns to drive traffic, boost brand visibility, and increase sales.
- Engage with the audience by responding to inquiries and collaborating with influencers or creators.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to refine strategies based on market trends.

Pinterest:
- Create and optimize visual content (pins) to drive website traffic.
- Develop product promotion strategies using engaging visual content.
- Track campaign performance and adjust based on trending search terms and analytics.

3. Advertising Campaigns:
- Google Ads: Manage Search, Display, Shopping, and Performance Max campaigns.
- Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram): Develop creative briefs, launch retargeting campaigns, and test various ad formats.

4. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):
- Conduct A/B testing to improve website performance.
- Analyze and propose UX/UI enhancements to optimize the user experience.

5. Analytics & Reporting:
- Work with Google Analytics 4, Facebook Pixel, and TikTok Analytics.
- Analyze key performance metrics (CPC, CPA, ROAS).
- Prepare reports and recommendations to improve overall performance.

Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in e-commerce projects.
- 2+ years of experience in managing and promoting Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest accounts.
- Experience in launching and optimizing paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Pinterest Ads.
- (Preferred) Strong understanding of SEO and experience driving organic traffic.
- (Preferred) Skills in visual content creation and collaboration with content creators.
- Experience with analytical tools (Google Analytics 4, Facebook Business Manager, TikTok Ads Manager).
- Proficiency in English (B2 or higher).
- Analytical mindset, creativity, and proactivity.
