We’re seeking a dynamic Event Manager to join our marketing team. In this role, you’ll spearhead the planning, execution, and optimization of brand events ensuring they engage our target audience, remain on-brand, and deliver measurable results. Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in event marketing, ideally within the iGaming or IT industries.
- Proven track record of planning and executing successful events and brand activations.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholder relationships simultaneously.
- Ability to travel internationally and attend iGaming conferences.
- Excellent vendor management and negotiation abilities.
- Strong creative sense, with a keen eye for brand aesthetics and emerging consumer trends.
- Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
- English level B2 or higher.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute events and sponsorships.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align events with company goals and other activities.
- Oversee event logistics: venue selection, suppliers, staffing, budgeting, and scheduling.
- Supervise on-site teams, agencies, and vendors to maintain brand consistency.
- Track and report event performance against KPIs.
- Conceptualize and produce branded merchandise that aligns with brand identity.
- Negotiate with suppliers to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery of merchandise.
- Manage budgets for cost-effectiveness and positive ROI.
- Handle vendor contracts, pricing, and resource allocation.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.

Probation period — 3 months.
