We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Amazon Inventory and Logistics Manager to join our dynamic team!

Role Overview:
This critical role focuses on inventory planning, sourcing manufacturers, and optimizing logistics processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze sales data to implement a data-driven replenishment strategy.
- Develop inventory plans to ensure a 100% in-stock rate while avoiding overstock.
- Collaborate with manufacturers in China and source new suppliers.
- Negotiate pricing with suppliers.
- Oversee product inspections and quality control.
- Plan and manage air and sea shipments, ensuring timely and cost-efficient transportation.
- Optimize logistics processes for maximum efficiency.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting.

Experience & Qualifications:
- Proven track record in supplier management, inventory forecasting, and logistics optimization.
- Familiarity with inventory planning and Amazon tools (e.g., Sellerboard, Helium10, SAP, NetSuite, or equivalent).
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Global Logistics (AGL) and Amazon Warehousing Services (AWS).
- Experience with Alibaba and third-party warehousing solutions.
- Strong knowledge of Amazon IPI metrics, storage fee structures, and inventory health optimization strategies.
- Fluent in English (for effective communication with suppliers and an international team).
- Proficiency in Excel (Vlookup, Pivot Tables etc)
