Who We Are Looking For
As we expand, we are searching for a proactive and responsible Procurement Specialist (Buyer Specialist) ready to take on challenges and achieve new heights in procurement operations.

??What You Will Do
- Develop and optimize procurement processes to ensure efficiency and timely delivery.
- Actively source new suppliers and build long-term, mutually beneficial relationships to expand product diversity and improve purchasing conditions.
- Negotiate with factory managers to secure the best terms.
- Oversee supply chain operations: manage order calendars, track production schedules, and ensure on-time delivery.
- Prepare reports on supply performance and monitor delivery costs.
- Control production deadlines and supply schedules.

??What We Expect From You
- 2+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.
- A university degree in economics, management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- High level of responsibility and organizational skills.
- English Level: B1 (Intermediate) or higher.
- Russian Level: B1 or higher.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- High level of accuracy and responsibility.

- Experience working with suppliers from multiple countries.
- Prior experience with Amazon or similar E-commerce platforms.
