SkyUpis looking for Team lead of Labor Relations, a leader who will achieve new ambitious goals and horizons together with our multinational team. 
 
In this role you will be responsible for: 
Labour Relations Strategy Development: 
Design and implement strategies that ensure compliance with local and international legislation, foster positive employee relations, and align with regional standards.
Documentation Oversight: 
Verify the accuracy and compliance of employee records with internal and legal requirements. Supervise documentation related to onboarding, contract changes, and terminations.
Leave Management: 
Oversee the processes for tracking and approving leaves, sick days, etc. Coordinate with HR teams to ensure alignment with company policies and legal regulations.
Policy Development and Updates: 
Develop, implement, and regularly review labour relations policies in accordance with Ukrainian and international laws.
Advisory Support: 
Provide guidance to managers on complex HR matters such as labour law compliance, conflict resolution, and legal issues.
Audits and Reporting: 
Conduct regular documentation audits to ensure adherence to company standards and legal requirements. Prepare reports on audit findings.
Legislation Monitoring: 
Track changes in Ukrainian labour laws and international markets. Inform stakeholders of updates affecting HR processes.
Government Interaction: 
Manage relationships with government agencies regarding employment matters, inspections, or audits.
Military Recordkeeping Coordination (Ukraine): 
Maintain records of employees subject to military obligations in compliance with Ukrainian law.
Team Leadership and Development: 
Manage the labour relations team, set goals, support training initiatives, and foster employee development.
Process Automation: 
Implement solutions for the automation of HR processes to enhance efficiency.
 
We expect from you:
- Higher education in HR, Law, or related fields.
- 5−7 years of experience in labour relations or HR compliance, with at least 2+ years in a managerial role.
- Proven experience in managing labour relations in a large company with multiple branches.
- In-depth knowledge of Ukrainian labour law.
- Experience collaborating with government institutions and HR outsourcing providers.
- Skills in developing and implementing HR strategies.
- Experience in automating HR processes and improving operational efficiency.
- Strong analytical skills for audits and reporting.
- High proficiency in English (B2+); knowledge of other European languages is an advantage.
Willingness to travel internationally.
