Job Summary:
As a Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth. You will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, understanding their needs, and presenting our comprehensive eCommerce solutions to them. Your goal will be to build strong relationships, close sales, and contribute to the overall success of our agency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels (e.g., social media, email, warm\cold calling).
- Conduct thorough research to understand the needs and challenges of prospective clients.
- Present and demonstrate our dropshipping and done-for-you services to potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and the competitive landscape.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar sales role, preferably in the eCommerce industry.
- Strong understanding of dropshipping and eCommerce solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- English level — B2
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for sales.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
