We are currently seeking a Supplier Relationship Specialist to join our team in Lviv.
Main responsibilities include:
- Monitoring and managing the progress of litigation files, providing updates and proposing resolving solutions.
- Ensuring the established process for initiating litigation cases, including detection, system registration, and communication with relevant departments.
- Identifying and proposing solutions for any operational issues that may arise during task execution.
- Maintaining frequent communication with the multinational team.
- Participating in enhancing departmental processes and workflows to optimize current activities.

Requirements:
- Accounting / administrative experience is not mandatory but will be a big plus.
- Knowledge of French (B2-C1) and English (B2) is required.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
