? Responsibilities
- Seamless interaction with B2B clients, creating lasting partnerships through effective communication
- Masterfully tackling customer requests and providing top-notch assistance in resolving any challenges they face
- Collaborating seamlessly with various departments within the company, including efficient problem reporting and resolution
Key requirements
- 2+ years of account management experience in the gambling industry
- Backed by a remarkable set of support-oriented qualities, including unwavering courtesy, unyielding stress resistance, and impressive multitasking prowess
- Solid experience with Google Sheets, CRM systems, Jira and other Atlassian products
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
