Requirements:
- Minimum 3 year of experience as an Email Marketing Specialist or similar role, preferably in fintech or crypto projects
- Deep knowledge and hands-on experience in creating and managing email marketing campaigns
- Technical proficiency in major email marketing platforms and ability to integrate with AI solutions
- Experience in developing and optimizing sales funnels through email channels
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in evaluating campaign effectiveness
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- English Intermediate
- Ukrainian Intermediate must have!

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement an email marketing strategy from scratch, including content creation, audience segmentation, setting up email funnels, and remarketing logic.
- Organize data collection and analysis for personalized campaigns.
- Integrate with AI solutions to optimize processes and enhance email campaign effectiveness.
- Manage and configure key email marketing services such as Mailchimp, SendGrid, HubSpot Email Marketing, etc.
- Provide weekly reporting on campaign results and performance metrics.
