At the moment, we are looking for someone who:
- Has at least 1 year of experience in a similar role;
- speaks English at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher;
- can find solutions in challenging situations;
- has previous experience in client correspondence (an advantage);
- is a confident user of Google Sheets;
- has fluent spoken English with clear pronunciation.

Daily tasks will include:
• Order Processingon platforms Walmart, Wayfair, eBay, Etsy: managing orders, tracking deliveries, handling claims.
• Customer Support: communication, issue resolution, maintaining store rating.
• Listing Management: creating, editing, and updating prices and stock levels.
• Analytics & Reporting: sales tracking, financial control.
• Promotions & Marketing: launching campaigns, creating platform content.
• Store Monitoring: competitor analysis, ratings, reviews.
• Weekend Duty(as scheduled).
