We are looking for two recruiters to join our team and start immediately!
About the Role
As a Recruiter, you will be the bridge between job seekers and employers. You’ll play a key role in sourcing candidates, managing recruitment processes, and ensuring that each placement is a perfect fit for both client and candidate.
Responsibilities include:
- Identifying and sourcing qualified candidates for roles in hospitality, logistics, and medical care sectors.
- Building relationships with clients and understanding their staffing needs.
- Conducting interviews and assessing candidates' suitability.
- Managing the recruitment process from start to finish.
- Coordinating housing and support for candidates relocating across Europe.
- Maintaining a strong network and staying updated on market trends.

What We’re Looking For
- Experience in recruitment or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English;
- A proactive and solution-focused mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Familiarity with the hospitality, logistics, or medical care industries is an advantage.

Location
This position is open to candidates based in the Netherlands, Germany, or Belgium, with occasional travel to meet clients or candidates if needed.
