The Recruiter will be supervised by a Senior Recruiter based in the United States and will have the opportunity to work with colleagues based in Ukraine and the United States.
Who You Are: This role is ideal for someone with 1−3 years of professional recruiting experience. A college degree is not required. Strong proficiency in English—covering verbal, reading, and writing skills—is required. You are passionate about talent acquisition strategy and are excited about the opportunity to build up several teams within a company. You enjoy turning great candidates into great co-workers. - 1−3 years of professional experience in recruiting.
- English proficiency (C1 or C2) is required for this role.
- Must demonstrate ability to work in a fast-paced, metrics-oriented, environment.
- Must be proficient with all Microsoft Office products, especially Microsoft Excel.
- Priority will be given to candidates with an associate’s degree or higher in a business or technology-related field.

Compensation Package: This is a full-time, service-based contract position with a monthly salary ranging from $700 to $1000 USD, depending on your experience. You will receive 20 days of time off and will be permitted to take time off in full-day increments in coordination with your manager.
Recruiter Responsibilities: You will join our US-based recruiting team and will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and conducting interviews for a variety of internal roles, primarily sales positions. You will handle the full-cycle recruiting process and will be responsible for extending offers and ensuring your candidate starts. There will also be opportunities to create, revise, and manage internal job postings while processing all applications for them.
Additional Information: This role is 100% remote. Your schedule will follow US work hours: 3:30 pm — 12:30 am Ukraine Time.
