Currently we are looking for: Administrative Manager
YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Manage registration, closing, and operating permits for stores and offices.
- Represent the company during visits from local authorities.
- Guide customer support and stores regarding claims and local
- Coordinate collaboration with suppliers, monitor budgets and costs, manage rental assets, and process invoices in the internal system.
- Organize and oversee sponsorship projects and charitable initiatives in collaboration with EB
- Ensure company compliance with GDPR and other regulatory requirements
- Oversee the sustainability reporting process
- Lead and develop a subordinate team of administrative staff
- Prepare workspaces, access to mailbox platforms and servers for new employees and coordinate with the IT department
- Manage the company’s insurance matters
- Translate necessary documents and organize their legalization.
- Perform other administrative duties as required.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to effectively prioritize tasks
- Strong communication skills, fluent in Ukrainian and English
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Understanding of local legislation and regulatory requirements
- Team management experience and leadership qualities
- Knowledge of sustainability principles and corporate social responsibility is an advantage
