Job Brief
We are seeking a dedicated Amazon Specialist to manage and optimize our Amazon store, drive sales, and enhance brand visibility on the platform.
Responsibilities
- Optimize product listings using SEO tactics.
- Manage and maintain the Amazon catalog.
- Oversee Amazon Store, create Amazon Posts, Pinterest, Instagram, and other social media posts.
- Perform bulk updates and work with flat files.
- Work with Amazon reports and analyze data.
- Provide customer service, including responding to buyer messages on Amazon and creating/updating templates.
- Ensure account health remains in good standing, addressing issues promptly.
- Work with Amazon support and create cases as needed (occasional calls may be required).
- Maintain accurate catalog entries and reporting using internal spreadsheets.
- Monitor and respond to customer reviews and feedback.
- Handle other Amazon-related tasks as needed.

Requirements and Skills
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and in-depth platform knowledge.
- Familiarity with Amazon flat files and bulk operations.
- Strong understanding of Amazon SEO and keyword research
- Upper-intermediate proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- Proficiency with Excel
- Knowledge of Amazon Advertising (PPC) is a significant advantage.
- Experience using ChatGPT for Amazon tasks is a significant plus.
- Familiarity with Amazon software (e.g. Helium10, Sellerise, Sellerboard or similar)
- Flexibility to adapt to new tasks and learn quickly.
