ОПИС ВАКАНСІЇ

We are RealEstateBees (https://realestatebees.com/) — a SaaS product in the Real Estate sector operating in the US market. With multiple products aimed at assisting real estate professionals in closing deals, we’ve been in the market for 6 years and are actively scaling up. Our goal is to become an indispensable platform for any real estate professional by 2030.
We’re currently seeking a Sales Manager. If you’re not afraid of challenges, embrace responsibility, and prioritize delivering results, then this position is for you.
??Requirements:
- ?Fluent English proficiency (as we operate in the US market, all communication — calls, emails are in English).
- Experience in sales with English-speaking clients (Europe / USA / Canada / Australia).
- Drive for growth (crucial, as with 3−6 months of diligent work, you could advance to team lead or sales department manager).
- Creativity and management skills (you'll have a direct impact on the product and its marketing packaging to enhance sales).
- Experience in PropTech would be a significant plus.
- Uninterrupted access to electricity and the internet (essential for a stable workflow).

??Responsibilities:
- Engage in Sales Activities: Conduct negotiations, make calls, and host Zoom meetings with potential and existing clients to build and maintain relationships.
- Lead Onboarding Sessions: Guide new customers through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition and a clear understanding of the services offered.
- Effectively Manage Leads and Opportunities: Utilize a CRM system to track interactions, manage the sales pipeline, and ensure timely follow-ups and data accuracy
- Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Create personalized templates, craft innovative selling approaches, and continuously improve sales processes to achieve better results.
- Specialize in the Real Estate Sector: Work exclusively with the U.S. real estate market, tailoring solutions to meet the unique needs of professionals in this niche.

??What we offer:
- Minimum bureaucracy and full autonomy (you'll have the chance to implement all your ideas with the support of the team).
- Working in the US market with a young but rapidly growing product. Potential for promotion to team lead or head of sales within 3−6 months.
- Full-time position (40 hours per week) with a flexible schedule, shifted to the latter part of the day (aligned with the American time zone). Monday to Friday from 15:00—17:00 to 22:00—01:00 (Ukrainian time). 20 calendar days of vacation. Standard sick leave.
