As the company is actively developing, we are looking for an SMT Process Engineer (Technological Engineer).
Responsibilities:
- Providing production with the appropriate process documentation that ensures the ability to achieve production goals.
- Ensuring optimal conditions for the repeatability of production operations.
- Description of production processes, methods, and new practices.
- Risk assessment of technological processes.
- Implementation of new/innovative processes and optimization of existing ones.
- Reducing production costs without affecting product quality.
- Working with homologations.
- Key role in describing production technologies for new product launches.

Candidate requirements:
- Ability to work with technological and design documentation.
- Knowledge of labour rationing methods and methods of labour performance analysis.
- Knowledge of the electronic components base.
- Understanding of surface and through-hole assembly technologies for electronic components.
- Ability to conduct DFM analysis.
- Knowledge of systems and methods for designing production processes.
- Knowledge of methods of consumables rationing.
- Knowledge and understanding of the types of losses (lean manufacturing).
- Experience in 1C.
- Willingness to travel abroad.
- Fluency in English.
