OCMC Trucking Inc. is a leading flatbed trucking company committed to safety and operational excellence. We are looking for a Safety & Claims Specialist to help maintain a safe working environment, manage safety programs, and handle claims processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safety Management: develop and implement safety programs, conduct training, and monitor safety metrics for compliance with DOT regulations.
- Claims Management: oversee insurance claims, investigate incidents, and collaborate with insurance adjusters and legal teams for efficient resolutions.
- Collaboration: work with drivers and management to promote safety awareness and a culture of compliance. Participate in safety committees and initiatives aimed at reducing risk and improving safety standards.

Location: Remote (16:00 — 00:00, Monday-Friday)
Qualifications: Experience: Minimum 1+ years of experience in safety management and claims handling within the trucking or transportation industry. Skills:
- Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and industry safety standards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (fluent in English).
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with safety management software.
- Excellent conflict resolution skills.
