EasyHireUA, US based recruiting company, seeking a results-driven Sales Representative with knowledge of English and Ukrainian languages
This role involves «cold» calls and building a pipeline of qualified leads that can be converted into paying customers as well as client relationship management, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate leads through cold calls, referrals, and other sales strategies.
- Present and explain recruitment service offers to prospective clients based on their needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention.
- Achieve and exceed sales quotas and performance metrics.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product offerings, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless policy setup and client onboarding.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in B2B segment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust quickly.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools is a plus.
