We are searching for aт Affiliate Manager to join our client’s team. The company is a leader in the dietary supplements industry, operating in international markets across Africa, Asia, and South America. This is a unique opportunity for a motivated professional to contribute to the growth and efficiency of affiliate programs in a dynamic and fast-growing environment.
The Affiliate Manager will manage and grow the company’s affiliate network, build and maintain relationships with partners, and optimize performance to achieve measurable results. The position involves close collaboration with marketing and creative teams to align affiliate strategies with broader business goals. This is a fully remote role, offering flexibility and professional development within an international team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Affiliate Network Expansion: Identify and onboard new affiliates (traffic) while fostering strong relationships with existing partners.
- Negotiation and Contracts: Conduct partner negotiations and formalize agreements.
- Performance Optimization: Analyze affiliate metrics to optimize ROI and identify growth opportunities.
- Market Research: Monitor Nutra market trends and the competitive landscape.
- Compliance and Payments: Ensure timely partner payments and adherence to contractual terms.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work with marketing and creative teams to align goals and ensure consistency.
Requirements:
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years as an affiliate manager.
- Experience in the Nutra niche or African markets is a plus.
Languages:
- English proficiency (B2 level or higher).
- Ukrainian fluency for team communication.
Skills:
- Proven ability to build and sustain long-term partnerships.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion capabilities.
- Proficiency with analytics and tracking tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Voluum, Everflow).
- Experience participating in industry events (e.g., Affiliate World).
- Proactive, responsible, and results-oriented.
