KeyPerson is seeking a skilled Lead Generation Specialist to enhance our client base. As a recruitment agency connecting businesses with experienced IT and C-level professionals worldwide, we specialize in delivering exceptional recruitment services.
Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential clients (IT companies, startups, and related industries).
- Build and manage a database of leads using LinkedIn, email, and CRM tools.
- Plan and implement lead generation strategies to meet monthly targets.
- Manage and develop corporate accounts on LinkedIn, Facebook, and other platforms.
- Create and publish engaging content for social media channels.
- Maintain brand activity and recognition in the digital space.
- Track and report lead generation metrics weekly.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in lead generation and digital marketing (B2B preferred).
- Strong knowledge of LinkedIn, Facebook, and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot).
- Experience in creating and managing social media content.
- Excellent written communication skills (English and Ukrainian is a must).
- Analytical skills to measure and optimize campaign performance.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and results-focused.
