Market Research Manager
The Market Research Manager will lead complex market research projects that provide the company clients advice on the best real estate investment/development opportunities to deliver meaningful and purposeful accommodation options for millions.
The Market Research Manager will:
- Plan and manage market research projects including data collection, analysis, interpretation, and presentation of results in written reports and visual presentations;
- Communicate and interact with clients at presentations, conferences, meetings, webinars, and seminars;
- Coordinate team efforts of part-time staff and external suppliers.

Requirements:
- University degree, ideally in the marketing/business/economic field;
- English Language, both oral and written — Upper intermediate (B2);
- At least 3 years experience in market research management, data analysis and presentation of findings;
- Evidence of past achievements and ability to showcase previous work;
- Microsoft Excel — advanced, Microsoft PowerPoint — advanced; Microsoft Access — Basic; Adobe InDesign — Basic; Tableau — Basic;
- Critical thinking;
- Superior written and oral communication skills for report writing and in-person presentations;
- Self-reliant and well organized;
- Result oriented with good time management;
- Thorough with good attention to detail;
- Team spirit and a sense of humor.
