Position Purpose
The Senior Social welfare consultant is responsible for the work on Activity 2.1 and the actual development of the case management model. Preparation of reports and analysis of the current status. Responsible for establishing the work of the Social welfare consultant in the project team.
Responsibilities:
- Collect relevant data from credible sources such as government reports, academic studies, and local surveys
- Keep abreast of the latest developments in government projects and social services laws to ensure the report is current and accurate.
- Have a thorough understanding of the laws and regulations governing social services. This includes knowing the legal requirements and compliance standards.
- Analyze how existing and proposed laws impact the project and the social it serves.
- Write clearly and concisely, ensuring that complex legal and technical information is accessible to a broad audience.
- Organize the report logically, with clear sections such as introduction, methodology, findings, and recommendations.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders, including government officials, social service providers, and community members, to gather insights and feedback.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure all aspects of the report are covered comprehensively.
- Review the report for accuracy, coherence, and grammatical correctness before submission.
- Provide well-researched recommendations for policy changes or improvements based on the report’s findings.
- Advocate for necessary changes in social services laws and policies to better serve the community.
- Supervision of Social welfare consultants

Required Education PhD degree in social work/ public health/ human rights or a related field
