Our marketer has been with us for 4 years, and we invest heavily in promotion. We’re seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to join us.

Additionally:
- At least 2 years' experience in digital marketing.
- Fluent in English at C1 level (German is a plus)—all team communication is in English.
- Experience working in international markets (US).

- Experience in the wellness sphere or health tech industry.
- Expertise in various digital marketing channels.

Your Responsibilities (Agencies and partners handle the launches, while we oversee and manage them):
- Coordinate Marketing Agencies (5−6 agencies) Review texts, check creatives, and ensure everything is executed properly.
- Manage Two Existing WordPress Sites (with a third one planned) ?Essentially overseeing and checking content, functionality, and updates.
- Promote Products
- Including items like water bottles, clothing, and our subscription model.
- Work with Podcasters/Influencers
- Oversee collaborations, podcast appearances, and manage blogger relationships.
- Manage Partners
- Who help promote our products—provide them with high-quality descriptions and marketing materials.
- Oversee Social Media
- Monitor public sentiment, comments, and engagement across our channels.
- Develop New Products
- Right now, we’re creating a course, so you’ll help coordinate the website and its launch.
- Assist the Head of Marketing
- Provide support, handle delegated tasks, and ensure smooth operations.
- Analytics
- Track what’s performing effectively (and what isn’t), including revenue figures and ROI.

What might a typical month look like?
Spotting errors on the website > communicating with the internal IT team > creating a content plan for bloggers > preparing product descriptions > Reviewing texts from agencies > Coordinating content creators > Developing media plans > implementing marketing ideas suggested by the CEO > proposing your own solutions > checking website UX/UI.
