Health Insurance Sales Assistant

Responsibilities:
- Calling warm leads (provided by the system) EST 8AM — 6PM, Monday — Friday. Saturday optional.
- Managing email and text correspondence with potential clients.
- Scraping leads from the internet and building prospect lists.
- Scheduling and booking appointments for the agent.
- Handling administrative tasks related to sales processes.
- Facebook lead generation
- Managing book of business

Requirements:
- Fluent in English. It’s a MUST. (written and spoken).
- Strong communication skills, confidence, and a customer-focused attitude. Love Life.
- Sales experience or the ability to learn quickly (we provide full training).
- Reliable, self-motivated, and goal-driven. I am looking for EAGLES. Winners mindset.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Compensation:
- Base 500$ + commission%
