We’re looking for a talented and motivated Recruiter who is passionate about talent acquisition and wants to grow into an HR Manager role as they demonstrate leadership and capability.
Key Responsibilities
As a Recruiter, you will:
- Make daily calls to potential leads, pre-qualify candidates, and gather complete job applications.
- Recruit drivers and other team members for our operations.
- Conduct the full recruitment cycle, including posting jobs, sourcing candidates, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Screen and interview applicants to ensure alignment with company needs and hiring criteria.
- Maintain knowledge of company hiring standards and communicate detailed information about open positions.
- Develop and manage recruitment strategies to attract top talent (social media/job boards).
- Collaborate with management to understand current and future hiring needs.
- Keep organized records of applicant information and recruitment activities.
As you transition to the HR Manager role, you will:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives.
- Manage employee relations, ensuring compliance with company policies and fostering a positive work environment.
- Plan and execute employee training, career development programs, and performance evaluations.
- Lead HR initiatives, including onboarding, benefits management, and employee retention strategies.
- Provide advice to management on HR policies, compensation structures, and employee engagement initiatives.
