Your contributions will be pivotal in shaping the financial strategies that propel the company forward.
BE A PART OF A TEAM WHERE YOU WILL:
- Manage regular financial operations, including partner commission fees, courier billing, and marketing revenue invoicing.
- Prepare and maintain financial reports, providing valuable insights into key metrics such as partner commissions, courier costs (CPO), and marketing revenue.
- Collaborate with local management by providing in-depth analysis of revenue streams and courier-related costs.
- Calculate and manage ads revenue billing, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing for marketing activities.
- Monitor and report on overdue partner debts, including calculating BDA and working with Account Managers to reduce outstanding balances.
- Assist with month-end closing activities and contribute to comprehensive financial and management reporting.
- Work with cross-functional teams (AM, Qcom, and Operations) to efficiently address financial requests and ensure smooth operations.
- Participate in business process improvement initiatives to reduce errors and enhance overall operational efficiency.

YOU HAVE:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 2−3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or advisory roles.
- Strong analytical and computational skills, including proficiency in data transformations and analysis, integrity checking, and complex calculations.
- Experience with ERP systems and accounting software.
- Strong IT skills, with a focus on MS Excel and Google Sheets for management reporting and analysis.
- Good understanding of accounting principles.
- Proficiency in written English at an upper-intermediate level (B2 or higher) with ability to interpret financial documents;
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and correcting errors in financial data.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
