At Norml, we have built two strong teams in Design and Development and now we’re looking for a motivated QA / Junior PM to grow with us.
This is your chance to kickstart your career in web development and project management. You’ll work closely with our experienced Project Manager, who will mentor you while you assist with testing and managing exciting projects. Our team specializes in WordPress, React/VueJS applications, and automation, giving you hands-on exposure to modern technologies and workflows.
Main responsibilities:
- Assist the PM in organizing development processes: task planning, and communication with the team
- Help monitor project progress, and ensure deadlines are met
- Perform basic manual testing (QA): functionality verification, bug finding, and reporting in collaboration with the development team
- Maintain clear, and detailed project documentation, including test cases, bug reports, and checklists
- Work closely with developers and designers to understand project requirements and functionality
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in QA and project management

Requirements:
- 6 months in QA, project management, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
- A focus on detail and excellent organizational skills
- Basic understanding of QA processes and methodologies
- Familiarity with web technologies (WordPress, React, or VueJS is a plus)
- Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively
- Familiarity with task management tools (Clickup, Jira, or similar)

Nice to have:
- Knowledge of software development processes
- Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Proficiency in English is a plus
- QA or PM-related certifications

We’re working with the US market, so your hours would be switched towards the evening, internal meetings usually happen between 16:00 — 20:00 Kyiv time. Rarely we do have meetings up to 23:00 if we need you on a client meeting.
