Requirements:
- Advanced knowledge of pumps and their applications
- Technical aptitude, bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, hydraulic or related
- 5 or more years of relevant work experience (technical consultant, designer, mechanical engineer)
- Experience using a range of computer programs such as SAP and CRM is highly desirable.
- Written and verbal English communication skills
- Urge and ability to the learning.
- Positive and innovative approach to work

Responsibilities:
- Handling relevant customer interactions including but not limited to product selection and quotations.
- Communication with customers and clients (via email, phone, online discussion boards) to answer their technical questions, assess their needs, and suggest or promote alternative products or services
- Preparing tender submissions and specifications to customers
- Preparing comparisons with and resizing of the competitors' equipment
- Working with External Sales team and Supply Chain to ensure customers' requirements are identified and met.
