D.TRADING is the international arm of DTEK, Ukraine’s largest independent energy producer and trader. D.Trading is a fast-growing international trading company operating at the intersection of renewable and conventional energy sources. We trade electricity, gas, gas condensate, and coal across Central and Southeastern Europe and aim to provide world-class trading solutions while also transforming the European energy trading landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Secure adequate bank and investor financing to cover working capital needs.
- Lead the process of bond issuance and private placement in Ukraine, Switzerland, and other EU countries
- Structure deals using trade finance instruments (LC, SBLC and various types of guarantees)
- Handle negotiations with banks, counterparties and investors
- Covenants monitoring and control process

What are we looking for:
- More than 7 years in banks or international energy trading companies
- Masters degree in Economics, Finance or Banking
- Knowledge and expertise in financial analysis
- Experience in working capital financing, including trade finance instruments
- Experience in investment banking
- Public and private bond issuance expertise
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess trade finance Knowledge of English (fluent), German, Italian or Polish (preferable)
