Responsibilities:
- Negotiate rates with carriers and shippers to secure profitable freight opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and carriers to ensure repeat business.
- Coordinate freight movements, ensuring timely pickup and delivery.
- Stay updated on market trends to optimize pricing and maximize margins.
- Handle all necessary documentation and compliance requirements.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Freight Broker with an active customer base.
- Strong industry knowledge and established relationships with shippers.
- Ability to work independently and manage full-cycle freight transactions.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Experience using TMS and load boards is a plus.
