We are looking for a highly motivated team player who will take care of business accounting operations and will be able to strengthen the accounting team and increase operational efficiency. An accountant with a growth mindset able to sustain fast-growing business challenges while ensuring smooth operations and compliance.

Responsibilities
- Monitoring of internal document flow. Processing primary documentation (invoices, waybills, certificates of completed work, contracts, etc.).
- Maintaining bank accounting (payments, monitoring transactions, etc.).
- Managing accounting for fixed assets and intangible assets. Participating in inventory audits.
- Handling the payroll and vacation pay processing. Preparing the 4DF report. Delivery of reports to the Tax and Pension Funds.
Skills
- Highly organized, with a focus on attention to details.
- Must maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
- Structured thinking, attention to detail, ability to work with vast quantities of information.
- Self-support and stress resistance.
- Possession of relevant higher education (accounting, economics, finance).
Work Experience:
- Experience in a similar position (typically 1 to 3 years) or an internship in accounting.
- Knowledge of business accounting and tax.
- Experience in managing fixed assets and intangible assets accounting.
- Experience in processing payroll and calculating vacation pay.
- Experience in handling primary documentation (invoices, waybills, work completion certificates, etc.).
- Experience in managing bank accounting (reconciling bank statements, monitoring transactions, etc.).
