Responsibilities:
- Develop both long-term and short-term production plans based on market orders and inventory targets
- Assess and determine the required manpower, equipment, and raw materials to meet production demands
- Identify and analyze production delays and disruptions, adjusting schedules to ensure deadlines are met
- Manage and monitor project timelines to ensure production progress aligns with project expectations
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including central functions, market representatives, production, technical services, quality assurance, and other relevant departments to coordinate and optimize production activities
- Perform calculations, track performance metrics, and continuously work to improve key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Support inventory management by minimizing excess, obsolete, and expired materials
- Prepare and maintain accurate reports related to production planning and performance
- Master data maintenance

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in Supply Chain or Production Planning in a manufacturing environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
- A flexible and proactive approach, with a strong commitment to achieving excellence
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
